One of the most stunning women in the world, Blake Lively, channels her beauty for the new Gucci Première Eau de Toilette ad, which was released on Sept. 25. Learn more about the fragrance below! View the image here.
Blake Lively, the gorgeous face of Gucci Première Eau de Toilette, explains the new scent: “This new fragrance announces that you have strength and are happy in your own skin. I really love that. It’s for the woman that I’ve always aspired to be. Every day.”
Blake looks better than ever! She seriously has that retro beauty look down pat. What we wouldn’t give to have those waves! The new fragrance smells like a dream with top notes of Orange Blossom and Citrus Oils, middle notes of White Flowers, Freesia, Jasmine, and Bulgarian Rose and bottom notes of Leather, Patchouli, and Musk.
Gucci’s Creative Director Frida Giannini explains the scent more: “In the new Première Eau de Toilette, there is a charming balance of jasmine sambac and Bulgarian rose, two classically elegant feminine flowers that are contrasted with delicate freesia. The result is a vibrant, modern feminine scent that you can enjoy wearing every day.”
Blake Lively was born in Los Angeles on 25 August 1987 to actor father Earnie and his wife Elaine. When she was just 11, the blonde-haired beauty began her acting career appearing in the film Sandman, which was directed by her father.
In 2005 the stunning 5’10” actress got more recognition when she got cast as the role of Bridget in The Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants, which earned her a Teen Choice Award.
It wasn’t until 2007, however, when the fashion queen was cast as the wealthy and gorgeous Serena Van Der Woodsen in the Gossip Girl series – that she became an icon for teen girls all over the world.

Blake Lively is launching her latest venture, a website called Preserve, with a Vogue cover and feature, as one does. We have added the Vogue cover and some absolutely stunning photos by Mario Testino to the gallery …
Blake Lively brings her unerring eye, Southern roots, and love of storytelling to her latest venture—a Web site called Preserve. Jonathan Van Meter heads West to meet up with the Gossip Girl turned Internet entrepreneur.
Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is one of those startling American places where “purple mountain majesties” becomes gloriously real, no longer a patriotic abstraction from a song learned in grade school. But it is also home to some of the most expensive real estate imaginable—great, logged-up monuments to show-business wealth and fame. Oh, give me a twelve-bedroom, fourteen-bath home, where the buffalo still sort of occasionally roam!
Blake Lively has never been here until today, but when I meet her in the soaring lobby of the Amangani resort one evening in late May she is dressed as if she has taken the landscape into consideration. Not many women can wear denim overalls, strappy Louboutin stilettos, and a Navajo-blanket poncho and get away with it, but Blake Lively can. When I compliment her, she describes the look as “if Sling Blade and Pocahontas had a baby.” Lively has a tendency toward deadpan humor, often delivered with a laconic stare that can make it difficult to figure out whether she is joking or not. “When I say something funny, I don’t laugh,” she says, “so my friends are always like, ‘Hahahahaaaa!’ so people know. When I’m not with them, I always think, This person doesn’t know I’m funny; they just think I’m a jerk.”
Lively, who is back from Cannes, where she was obliged to make appearances as a L’Oréal “ambassador,” as well as stroll the red carpet with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for the premiere of his film The Captive, is both jet-lagged and feeling unwell. “I ate some mystery meat on the plane, and I feel poisoned,” she says. As we head out to the car that will take us to dinner in town, she says, “Do you mind if I sit in the front? I get motion sickness.” Pause. “God, I’m like a toddler. I hope you have Cheerios in your bag.” And then, once in the car: “Now, to be triply annoying, I have to make a work-related call. I’m so sorry.”
Blake Lively fans prepare to get giddy because the lifestyle website that she’s been teasing us with for the last year is finally here. OK, not here at this exact moment but it’s happening very soon… As in next week!
According to the source who also confirmed the launch date, the name of the actress’ secret project will be “Preserve.”
So what can we expect? The insider tells E! News: “Preserve will focus on artisans and products, many hand-made one-of-a-kind items all selected by Blake. Items will be available for purchase through the site. Preserve is all about story-telling through video. Blake will be in some of these videos.”
We can already hear the “eeeps!” of excitement around the globe.
The 26-year-old’s site sounds completely different from the lifestyle brand that Ellen DeGeneres just announced last week. It does, however, also seem like it might share some similarities with Gwyneth Paltrow’s famed Goop blog and Lauren Conrad’s The Little Market. But there’s really no need for further speculation, what with the big reveal almost here and all!
We have added x61 screencaps from the Behind the Scenes Video with Blake Lively for Glam Highlights from Préférence by L’Oréal Paris to the gallery …
Blake Lively looks lovely in her new ad for Gucci Premiere perfume. Clad in a dazzling, one-shoulder gown with her hair curled into flawless retro waves, the actress oozes Old Hollywood glamour.
This is the second fragrance campaign the former Gossip Girl has fronted for the Italian brand. In 2012 she reportedly banked $4 million for her debut ads.
“She has done it smart by not over-endorsing too many brands,” an insider previously told E! News. “She’s gorgeous and her image is a valuable one.” Apparently so, since the star is also currently the face of L’Oreal Paris.
But don’t get it twisted, Blake isn’t just modeling these days. The star has been working hard on her secret and still untitled lifestyle project, which is set launch soon! Oh, and according to the 26-year-old there’s “nothing like it out there.” So get ready!
We also added x2 HQ photos by Anders Overgaard that were taken at Cannes this year.
Blake Lively is about to start her lifestyle and e-commerce website. Our source says the actress will launch the site July 23 selling, “curated fashionable items.”
Lively has said in the past of her plan, “The main element of it is that it’s about storytelling, and it’s about living a very one-of-a-kind, curated life, and how to achieve that.”
We’re told it will have a focus on artisans and products chosen by Lively, who will also appear in videos on the site.
We added a photo of Blake during a L’Oreal interview at Cannes on May 20th to the gallery. Also check out this cute video we found!
