In "Elvis and Anabelle," every terrible tragedy brings about something equally miraculous. Groomed by her overly ambitious mother (Mary Steenburgen), Anabelle (Blake Lively) is on the road to winning the Miss Texas Rose tiara when she dies tragically during a pageant.
